How do I request a return, and who pays return shipping?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return (choose "Returns or exchanges"). We will send the return address once your request is approved. Customers pay return shipping, except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Food and drink items and personal care items are final sale. See our refund policy for details.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us (choose "Damaged or missing item") with your order number. We will reply by email so you can send photos, and we will replace or refund damaged items.
